Abstract submission:

From March 15th to June 15th. To submit the abstract go to submission page. Instructions can be found there.


Abstract acceptance:

The organizing committee will meet in June to decide about every abstract. Acceptance or rejection will be communicated by e-mail before . Remember that, if accepted, you should prepare a 15 min presentation. All communications are oral.

Before October 31st, an extended abstract from 4 to 6 pages long in Latex format is be mandatory to be included in the conference proceedings. The contribution must be sent to imm@imm.upv.es using this template .
