¡Welcome to the XXVI edition of the international congress
Mathematical Modelling in Engineering & Human Behaviour (MME&HB2024)!

The abstract submission deadline has been extended until May 15th.

The edition of the Mathematical Modelling in Engineering & Human Behaviour Conference organized by the Instituto Universitario de Matemática Multidisciplinar (IMM) will be held in València from July 10th to July 12th 2024.

This conference is connected with the first editon of the Stochastic Modelling and Uncertainty Quantification Conference (SMUQ 2024) that will be held in the same venue on July 8th to July 9th, 2024. Authors are invited to attend both conferences at a reduced price.

The objective of the Mathematical Modelling in Engineering and Human Behaviour conference is to develop an interdisciplinary forum in areas like Medicine, Sociology, Business and Engineering, where the latest mathematical techniques can be discussed in a common and understandable language with experts in cross-disciplinary areas. The conference is aimed at gathering researchers who need mathematics for the formulation and analysis of models.

This year we organize the following special sessions:

  1. Mathematical models in population dynamics.
    Organizers: L. M. Abia, O. Angulo, M. A. López-Marcos and J.C. López-Marcos.

  2. Recent advances in iterative processes for solving nonlinear problems.
Organizers: Alicia Cordero and Juan Ramón Torregrosa.

  3. Mathematical methods for engineering problems.
Organizer: Damián Ginestar and Antoni Vidal.

  4. Infectous diseases and mathematical modeling in public health.
    Organizer: Clara Burgos.

  5. Linear Algebra, Matrix Analysis and Applications.
