MATHEMATICAL MODELLING IN ENGINEERING & HUMAN BEHAVIOUR 2016
This conference is organized by the Instituto Universitario de Matemática Multidisciplinar located at the Polytechnic City of Innovation in the city of Valencia, Spain.

This corresponds to the XVIIIth edition of the Mathematical Modelling Series whose objective is to gather specialists in areas of Medicine, Sociology, Business & Engineering with the common goal of discussing the latest mathematical and modelling techniques in their fields.

Applied mathematics is a growing discipline which now encompasses many different areas of research and interdisciplinary sciences, ranging from social problems to numerical methods in physics, chemistry, biology engineering or astronomy. Techniques developed in some areas can greatly contribute to the solution of problems posed in other areas.

In these event we gather specialists from these interdisciplinary fields which share the common objective of synergizing their mathematical approaches to the problems they face in order to gain insight from other areas of research which also make use of mathematical modelling.

Selected papers will be published in a special issue of the high-ranked Elsevier journal: Journal of Computational and Applied Mathematics" .

The submission stage is now open (DEADLINE: November 30th).

IMPORTANT: You must select the acronym, SI:IMM2016, when you reach the Article Type and the Section/Category steps (notice that you must make the selection in these two steps).
